1) To download the application. Click Here. 2) Click on save button and save it to your desired location.
Installing the Application 1) Browse to the location of where you saved the JadeInstall.zip. 2) To open this file you will need Winzip installed on your computer (If you use Windows XP it comes with a zip tool.) If you currently do not have this program you can download it from http://www.winzip.com. 3) Double-click JadeInstall.zip. When the application opens (you may need to accept the license agreement first), you will see three files: JadeCRMupdater.cab, setup.lst and setup.exe. To launch the installation, double-click the setup.exe file Note *Depending on your operating system, you may be asked to restart you computer in order to update system files. If this happens you will need to restart your computer and launch the setup program again to complete the installation. 5) Follow the instructions in the installation package to choose your install location and start menu settings. Choose default locations if at all possible. 6) The installer will prompt you when installation is complete. Click OK. On the system bar at the bottom of the screen, select Winzip (or whichever application you used to open the archive) and close the application. 7) Installation is now complete.
