The List Management Control Panel can be accessed
via the supervisor toolbar. To open the list management control panel, click
the manage solutions icon.

When your List Management Control
Panel loads up you will see a list of calling solutions uploaded via your
secure upload link or FTP login account. Fig 1.1 displays an example List
Management Control Panel.

Details:
The details column will contain an Icon when
the solution is loaded. Clicking the icon will open the Solution Control Panel.
Solution Control Panel
Get Data:
The 'Get Data' hyperlink will allow you to
download the databases via a secure link. The secure link requires a special
configuration and is meant for companies with high data security demands.
This is configured on a per account basis.
Action:
The action link will allow you to load or
unload a calling solution.
