Solution Control Panel


     Your Solution Control Panel allows you to control the different aspects of your dialing platform. These settings are specific to each Calling Solution loaded. 


General overview of solution status Overview provides a quick viewing of your call solutions status. It will display total records vs. completed records. 
Select records to reload into the dialer
Rebuild Options

As each calling solution is dialed the result will be grouped by disposition code. Executing a rebuilt option on a group will load those records back into the dialing engine.

View historical data related to this solution
Historical
As each calling solution is dialed the result will be grouped by disposition code. This icon will contain a historical grouping of disposition codes, regardless of rebuilds issued in the past. 
Adjust how many lines the dialer will use per agent
Progression Settings
Sets the Progression Rate for the calling solution. 
Enable or Disable timezones
Time Zones
Allows you to restrict dialing to geographical areas based on time zones. 
Allows you to define which records are dialed without having to reload data
Filter Data
Filter data from this calling solution and load only those records contained predefined groups. 
A collection of reports to help your measure your productivity
Reporting
Collection of general reporting.
Search, List and listen to audio recordings
Audio Recordings
Collection of Audio Recordings for this solution.
