When you are on a call with a potential client, this is the screen you will see:

All the information that is contained in your data list that you chose to import during the Field Assignment step in the import process will appear on this screen.  The general information (name, address) will appear in the upper left hand corner.

Any information you designated in the User Defined fields will appear at the bottom of the screen.

You can also assign a call back date and time for a potential client.  The predictive dialer will automatically call the client at the specified date and time.

There are two options to choose from when a call has been completed:

When you click 'Disconnect', the call will be disconnected, but the screen will remain active.  This will allow you to edit information, add comments, etc.  When you edit the existing screen, the information will automatically save.  After you are done editing or adding information, simply click 'Release Call'.  When you click 'Release Call', the call will drop, the screen will drop, and the next call will come in.
