PSTN (Public Switched Telephony Network)
PSTN is the network of the world's public circuit-switched telephone networks, in much the same way that the Internet is the network of the world's public IP-based packet-switched networks. Your home phone, office phone, cell phone, etc., are all examples of standard PSTN lines. When using the Jade Technologies, Inc. predictive dialer, you can connect and receive calls using a PSTN line (such as your home phone or cell phone).

VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol)
VoIP, also referred to as IP Telephony, Internet telephony, Broadband telephony, Broadband Phone and Voice over Broadband is the routing of voice conversations over the Internet or through any other IP-based network. To establish a VoIP connection with the Jade Technologies, Inc. predictive dialer, all you need is a USB compatible headset. You plug the headset directly into the USB port of your computer, and you have created the connection to start receiving calls!
