How to Join A Solution and Start Receiving Calls

Join A Solution

1)   First Login to  the JadeSP application and click the Join Solution  button on the JadeSP control bar. (for help with this, see the "How to Login to JadeSP" help file.)

 2)  Next  click the Join button next to the Solution  you want to join under the Action column..

 3)  The JadeSP system will now call your phone number (the one you entered as part of your login information) to establish a voice connection with the server.  Answer your phone and your voice line will be connected.   All you will hear is dead air; the JadeSP Message Center popup will appear as the system is calling you back.   When you pick up the phone  it will show in the information window that your  Voice Connection Status is connected and at what date and time.  The Ready State should say Not Ready but have a blue link for you to go ready.  All of your information as a agent is shown here.

   Note *The JadeSP Message Center is a popup window that shows your individual statistics on the dialer.  Just move or close the popup when you are not using it.

 *Note: Do not hang up your phone or you  will lose your connection with the dialer.  A notification will appear if your voice connection is dropped.  And the program will exit out !! You will then have to restart the program.  If you get this message even though you did not hang up then please make sure you enter the correct phone number when you first logged in.
