How to Login to JadeSP

1) To start the JadeSP application, go to your Start menu, select Programs, select  Jade Predictive Solutions, and then select JadeCRM.    The Jade Technologies  webpage  will appear.  Enter your member login name and password in the center  and click Go.

*Note:   " If you do not know this information you will need to contact your Supervisor or Network Administrator.  If it is your first time logging in you will be prompted for a activation code.  Please get this from your Supervisor or Network Administrator also."

2)  Enter the  Client Name that has been assigned to your company or team.  Click OK.   You only have to do this once.  The application will remember your client name and won't  prompt you to enter it again. 

*Note: If you entered the wrong client name just hit  alt-m to change it.

3)  Enter the number for the phone which you will use to place calls.  Enter only the area code of and phone number, with no parentheses, spaces, or hyphens.  Click OK.

  4) When the Security Level Set box appears. Click OK to complete the login. 

5)  The JadeSP  Control Panel will now appear.  You have successfully logged into the JadeSP system.
