Jade Service Provider - Optimized International Predictive Link

The Optimized International Predictive Link (OIPL) is a network design suggestion handed down by our technical staff and is directed to International centers/centres needing to primary place outbound calls to the United States or other remote locations. 

For the purpose of this example we will use a call centre/center located in Bangalor, India (ABC Widgets), who will primary call United States based customers. 

Call centres/centers with such settings are faced with some large hurdles to overcome. First how can an International call centres overcome the burden of International toll charges, some of which rise to almost eighty cents per minute. How can these same call centres/centers provide remote access to clients at affordable cost? How will they handle the language barrier, Data Integrity, monitoring requirements, digital recording or logic branching scripts who's results need to be shared with several different companies, all requiring different formats?

The answers to the questions are simple if you are a Jade user, if not, you may be left wondering the very same things long after you've bought your dialer. First we need to address overcoming International Toll Charges and the best way to overcome this. We suggest you install a dedicated circuit from your located to a predefined location within the remote area, in this case the United States.  See Below:

In the above example Jade Service Provider is installed in a collocation facility located in the United States. Where in the US you decide to locate your collocation center depends mostly on your target customer(s). Your Jade consultant can help you answer these questions. Once you have installed your IPLC, your agents will connect via VoIP to the Jade Telephony Server, also installed in your US collocation center. Outbound predictive calls are then placed from your location in the US, rather then your call center in India. These allows you to directly benefit from the following:
