56 MARIETTA is a 160,000 SF fully dedicated carrier hotel/interconnect facility that is home to the Southeast's largest concentration of telecommunication companies. 56 Marietta is 90% occupied with 40 + fiber providers and over 100 telecommunications related companies.

"Meet Me Room"

The "MMR" is a 23,000 SF fully built out carrier grade neutral collocation facility which was developed to allow carriers to rapidly and directly interconnect with each other and the tenants of 56 Marietta in one central location.

"The Vault"

"THE VAULT" is an 8,000+ SF enhanced carrier neutral collocation / data facility located adjacent to the Meet Me Room. "The Vault" allows all levels of direct connectivity provided by the carrier of the customer's choice. "The Vault" is ideal for enterprise server collocation and other enterprise based services.

"The Vault" was designed for the enterprise, government, education, medical, retail, manufacturing and financial class customer.
