Jade Hosted Dialer - Getting Started
Getting started using Jade's Hosted
Predictive Dialer is easier then you could imagine. Before you get
started you will need the following:
- Computer Requirements
- Internet Connection
- High Speed Internet connection is only required
if you
choose to use Voice over IP. VoIP is not required to use the
Hosted Dialer.
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater.
- If you currently do not have IE 6.0 or better you can
download it for free directly from Microsoft's web site by
clicking here.
- Telephone Requirements
- Public Service Telephony Network (PSTN)
- A standard telephone or mobile phone. Any phone number
with a valid 10 digit North American DID can be used.
- Voice over IP (VoIP)
- A headset plugged into the sound card of your
computer or -
- A SIP/IAX/MGCP compatible gateway you may connect using
your gateway.
If you meet the above
requirements then start by downloading the JadeCRM. The JadeCRM will be your interface to the hosted dialer. Each computer needing to access the
hosted dialer, as an agent or supervisor, will need to install the
JadeCRM.
Download JadeCRM
Installing JadeCRM
To start the JadeSP
application, go to your Start menu, select Programs, select Jade
Predictive Solutions, and then select JadeCRM. The Jade Technologies
webpage will appear. Enter your member login name and
password in the center and click Go.

If you do not know this information you will need to contact your
Supervisor or Network Administrator. If it is your first time
logging in you will be prompted for a activation code. Please get
this from your Supervisor or Network Administrator also."
The JadeCRM Supervisor
Control Panel will now appear. You have successfully logged
into the JadeSP system.
